Presentation Formats

General Sessions

Presentations are 30 to 45 minutes and include audience Q&A

  • Panel Discussion - Moderated session with providers, payers, and/or academic experts.
  • Solo Presenter – Case studies are preferred and should address outcomes and include practical, actionable information.
  • Short, 15- to 20-minute, impactful TED-style talks are accepted and encouraged.

What We're Looking For

  • Attendees prefer case studies, best practices, and are eager to learn how their peers are addressing common challenges and pain points. As such, we place high value on proposals from payer and provider organizations that offer practical, actionable information and real-life solutions. 
  • We accept proposals from healthcare payers and providers, government agencies and academic institutions. We rarely accept proposals from healthcare vendors and consultants and only if they will be presented by a provider or payer customer.

Review Procedures

We evaluate presentation proposals for the Privacy & Security Forum according to the following criteria:

  • Topic is timely, well focused, and relevant to healthcare providers and payers
  • Information is original
  • Session content is high quality
  • Proposal is complete
  • Proposal includes best practices and clear takeaway for attendees
  • Presenter's previous speaking experience
  • Uniqueness of approach to the topic or of presenter perspective

Deadline

The deadline to submit is Friday, January 25, 5 p.m. EST.

Only completed forms will be considered.
